Healthcare Real Estate
Objective: Identify assets where disruptive factors have caused market dislocation and/or underperforming operators, lease assets NNN to experienced, reputable operators to oversee daily management, and creatively, unlock value to achieve compelling risk-adjusted returns.
Multifamily Housing
Objective: Acquire well-located, undervalued apartment communities at an attractive basis where Eagle Arc can create value at each stage of the investment’s lifecycle – sourcing, repositioning and execution – and implement innovative capital structures to maximize current and residual yield.
Opportunistic
Objective: Invest in debt and equity securities in real estate transactions and apply inventive structuring to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns.

Elliott Mandelbaum
Managing Partner
Elliott is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the firm and is responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic direction and investment activities. Prior to co-founding Eagle Arc, Elliott was a Portfolio Manager at BlueMountain Capital Management LLC, an investment management firm with over $22 billion of capital under management, where he was responsible for the firm’s investments in healthcare real estate and completed over $2 billion in transactions across public and private markets. Prior to BlueMountain, Elliott was an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Elliott serves on several boards. Formerly, he served on the Board of MedEquities Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT, from July 2014 till its May 2019 sale to Omega Healthcare Investors. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
Ian Berman
Managing Director
Ian is a Managing Director at Eagle Arc Partners’ multifamily platform and is responsible for sourcing acquisitions, leading due diligence activities, and asset managing existing multifamily assets. Over his career, Ian has facilitated more than $5.5 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to joining Eagle Arc, Ian was Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Pantzer Properties where he helped manage sourcing, underwriting, execution, asset management, valuation, investor reporting, and disposition of multifamily investments. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science, Engineering degree from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School.
Maxwell Luce
Senior Vice President
Max is a Vice President at Eagle Arc Partners and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities as well as asset managing the existing healthcare portfolio. Prior to joining Eagle Arc, Max was a Vice President at Greystone Healthcare Investments and a founder of the firm’s healthcare real estate platform where he had responsibility for acquiring and leasing skilled nursing facilities. Prior to Greystone, Max was an associate at Fortress Investment Group where he had responsibility for acquisitions and dispositions for healthcare and senior housing assets, including closing over $350 million in transactions. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
Ravi Pamidimukkala
Vice President
Ravi Pamidimukkala is a Vice President at Eagle Arc Partners and is responsible for due diligence, underwriting, sourcing and evaluating potential acquisitions, distressed/ opportunistic investments and deal structuring strategies. Prior to joining Eagle Arc, Ravi was an investment professional at RedSky Capital, where he was involved in the firm’s $1.5 billion high-street retail portfolios in Brooklyn and Miami, capital markets and development, completing over $600 million in transactions. Before RedSky, Ravi worked at Broadway Malyan as a Project Architect in South East Asia and India. Ravi earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a Master of Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.
Elliott Start
Associate
Elliott is an Associate at Eagle Arc Partners and is responsible for underwriting acquisition opportunities and asset management of the existing healthcare portfolio. Prior to joining Eagle Arc, Elliott was an Associate at VIUM Capital Healthcare. At VIUM, he was responsible for the underwriting and credit analysis of skilled nursing and seniors housing loans, participating in over $700 million of closed transactions. Prior to VIUM, Elliott began his career with Coastal Ridge Real Estate, focusing on multifamily and student housing assets. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Mark Gertzfeld
Controller
Mark Gertzfeld is Controller at Eagle Arc Partners and is responsible for the tax, finance, and accounting departments. Prior to joining Eagle Arc, Mark was a Tax Manager at Roth & Company LLP and was previously a Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP. Mark has significant experience servicing real estate, private equity, and financial service firms. Mark earned his Master of Science in Accounting at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Liel Avraham
Assistant Controller
Liel is a licensed CPA who serves as an accountant at Eagle Arc Partners, contributing significantly to the management of accounting and operations under the guidance of the firm’s controller. Prior to joining Eagle Arc, he held the position of an experienced associate within the tax department at PwC. In this role, Liel specialized in preparing and reviewing individual, trust, foundation, and partnership returns.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Yeshiva University
